MSN TV (WebTV) is an affordable Internet appliance, and as the name implies, it provides the ability to surf the web using a television. That's pretty cool, but unfortunately WebTV's capabilities are pretty limited. It doesn't have a hard drive or run any standard operating system, so downloadable games are out.
